Biker-X at Buck Hill March 7th

It's a new year, so let's start it off the right way!

MFC is having a Biker X event at Buck Hill on March 7th 2010, so mark your calendars.

Format: Multiple riders side by side down a boardercross course. Bracketed heats, double elimination.

How Much: $5 entry fee. Pre-registration will be available on our Website and will enter you to win a TBD piece of sweet swag.

The Catch: All riders must purchase a Buck Hill lift ticket for the day. You're welcome to bring skis or a board and ride after the race.

Time Frame: Registration/pre-riding starts at 9:30am.
RACE starts at 12:00pm

Sponsor info and flyer with further details to follow.

Sick, will be there for sure. are they going to let us ride the terrain/board park too if they have one?

It sounds like we'll have to stick to riding only the course, and only during the competition hours, but that's WAY better than not riding at all! This should be sick! I'm in.

Unless the course is rock hard ice and taking a look at the weather forecast I doubt that it will be, I don't think running studs will give you any advantage.

There will be some coverage of the event on Fox 9 News tonight at 5 and 9.

What a good time! Thanks to Buck Hill for letting us have this race there and to Tony and everyone else that made this event possible. This has been by far the best snow DH event in the Midwest. Can't wait for next year!
