Looking for a Light FR/ AM Trail in South Eastern PA

My Buddy and I are planning a Mountain biking and Whitewater kayaking trip. We will be headed to the Lower Yough River in Ohioplye PA ( which is about 45 mins south of pittsburgh).

I was hoping to find a trail with some AM/light FR features near that area. ( we will be driving there from Indiana)

Any ideas would be great. Thanks
